True Living supports a full and holistic view of Life Alignment. Since everyone learns and grows differently many different tools are utilized in the creation of alignment and abundance.

Workshops and Seminars
Provide opportunities for the exploration and creation in dynamic and co-creative group learning. Sessions are scheduled periodically or may be requested for a special appointment for a select group. Unless noted otherwise workshops are designed for all humans regardless of age, gender, personal or lifestyle choices.
Workshops are typically 1-3 hours long with a concise introduction or review of a topic. Some of these sessions are free as well.
Seminars are typically longer and more intensive sessions with broad purpose and outcome on a specific subject.
